The buying process was great. I bought my car just over 2 months ago… but my transfer case on the car went out I took the car there they inspected it then sent us to another place to be inspected then fixed. I purchased a warranty plan from them with my vehicle. It took 3 days for the inspection to even happen and the warranty company then stated it would be 10 days for the part to get there. I was then told if I drove the vehicle it would void my warranty… it’s been over 10 days and I’ve lost my job because I couldn’t drive... read more
