What's the point of having a case worker if you can never reach them ? My mom's section 8 apartment is now being used by homeless people and I'm unable to remove them from the apartment being that I'm not in her lease. ??? This type of job is only meant for certain people and the ladies working here are not them . The attitudes are unnecessary. I Definitely will be making more complaints
They do not even deserve 1 star! They are TERRIBLE to deal with! Never call you back, or email back. They loose your paperwork and then say you never sent.. this can go on for weeks and weeks!!!!
