I am an in-home assistant for a tenant in Davis Village (Davis Homes). The patient I see has neighbors that violate the no smoking policy inside the unit so much that I am going to have to assign a new aide to her. The lady at the front desk at Davis Homes is nasty, rude, hateful and unprofessional. I have seen her buzz people into the building,but, she want buzz me in, I have to buzz myself in. She is comfortable with her front desk position. Mean people should realize what goes around comes around. Everybody needs somebody, no person lives without someone assisting them. Be kind and treat people the way you want to be treated.
Landlords beware! Macon Housing Authority treats everyone poorly, tenants and landlords. They don't honor their leases and there is nothing you can do. They will break lease, not pay you and not respond when you have an issue. MHA will fine you at will for anything they want. Cancel lease because tenant says they want to move without reason. The tenants will absolutely DESTROY your house! And MHA will not pay you a cent. The tenants will flush trash, paper towels and in my case a WIG down the toilet. MHA will want you to fix... read more
