Great Staff, very friendly. Went in with a problem, ready to buy new cart rims. Staff suggested a fix and sent me home with a few small parts I needed. MGC could not have been more helpful or polite! Saved $$$.
we have been looking for a golf cart for a while now and have talked to a couple of businesses. However Amanda at Macon Golf Cart had the absolute best customer service!!! She answered each question I had over the past year, sent quotes, and was very patient!!! Our beautiful Icon cart just arrived and we are so happy with it! I 100% recommend Macon Golf Carts to anyone looking for a new or used cart!!

Stopped here the first time to get parts. The parts department staff were knowledgeable and very helpful. Had the parts we needed. You can probably find parts cheaper online, but you are getting convenience and knowledge of staff when you buy from the store. Second visit we were looking at carts and getting information. The salesman was not pushy. The manager spoke to us and gave us information about trade-ins. Overall, it's not a bad experience.
