Went to get my traiker tires replaced. They had no customers. One guy approached told me a price and walked away. Another guy approached, told me a higher price. We settled on the first price. Then they proceed to jack my trailer up and walk off. I looked in the back bay, they were sitting having tea. I waited for 15 minutes. I went took my trailer off of the jack and went to another tire shop. Never to return.

Stopped by today and got 4 tires mounted and balanced. I already had the wheels off so they had me back up to the door and drop them. When I got there, I was the only one there so they got to work on my tires immediately. I was there maybe an hour and there were quite a few vehicles that showed up by the time I left. The guys working were very professional and work efficiency. I will be back with any future tire needs on my other cars.

I was on a trip and had a blowout on my 5th wheel trailer. Macon Discount Tire ( not affiliated with the major Discount Tire Store chain) was the closest tire shop I could find on a Sunday morning. He knew that I needed a tire really bad, so he charged me $250 dollars for a tire that everywhere else sells for $130 to $180 dollars. That sort of felt like price gouging to me. I would not refer Macon tire to anyone.

Went in to repair one tire, considered having a second replaced as well. While the service was fairly priced and prompt, the two gentlemen working were very standoffish and rude. I asked for a price on a new or used tire, and they proceeded to ignore my question, walk and grab a tire, and go "Used? Yes?" And I sheepishly said yes, even though I got no answers on my questions, due to the awkwardness. When I arrived, I asked for one titer to replace the one I had that was about to burst. I asked them how much it would be and they completely ignored me and proceeded to tell me to pull in. I sat in the workshop for 20 minutes while they continued to ignore me and did whatever. They even helped another customer while I sat there waiting.
