asked for a little trim, about an inch off all the way around. instead the lady cut all of the hair I had spent 2 years growing after an accident off down to a buzz cut, revealing the massive scar and damage to my head. several times her boss and other people in the shop tried to tell her that she was cutting it too short, but she dismissed them. she also refused to turn me around to look in the mirror untill the end, and when I tried to say something she called me a "little boy" or a "baby". Walked in and the owner put me right in a chair. Best haircut I have had in years. She framed my head well .
