Stan is incredible and really saved a bad situation from getting worse. Called on labor day weekend after a leaky water heater tank started to leak 4 times as much suddenly. One of the only water heater repair places that lets you speak with a human when you call. The phone operator was extremely kind, and sent someone out immediately. She even called to give an update on where he was along the way. Called for service on Saturday afternoon of Labor Day and had a new hot water tank installed Sunday morning. Great service, cleanliness, install was impeccable. Chris is outstanding. Highly recommend Macomb!
