First time customer. Had a switch that was not reading the SD card. Spoke to Joe (owner) about it prior to bringing it in. Evaluation was free and fast. Repair was done quickly, and professionally at a better than fair price, on the same day. Was a first time customer, will be a return customer. Fantastic job, communication, professionalism and price, from start to finish.
never open during there posted business hrs I tried to make contact multiple times with no success! sorry about your medical issues but this isn't the first time myself or a friend/family member has had an issue

They are super friendly and helpful! I called them about an issue I was having with a pc build, and they were quick to assure me that they could help. They really seem to care about their customers.
Had a charging issue with my daughters iPad and was told by another repair shop in chesterfield it would have to be sent out with a $75 non refundable deposit that would be applied towards a $200 total. Yea no. I went to Macomb tech experts and it was fixed in 2 days for $120! Thanks guys! You rock!
