The docs there were great and took care of my uncle. The staff was helpful in dealing with his Medicare.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this office. I was informed that an employee, Julie Stevenson, accessed my McLaren medical records without authorization. This is a serious violation of privacy and trust. For context, I am not a patient at this practice; however, the office has access to McLaren medical records. Rude! Unsympathetic! Judgemental! Shames! Highly recommend going anywhere else
I was supposed to get vein surgery but the office visits and subsequent billing for them were so outrageous I'm not going to have them do it. Also the office billing person was extremely rude and unhelpful. I wouldn't go to this office for anything. Very much out for the money not patient focused.
