Terrible company. Let maintenance people raid the house before we moved out and keeps adding to the final balance. We moved because we were ALWAYS sick. The house was barely insulated and we had to pay out rageous Ameren Bill. I hope if you're looking to rent you choose somewhere else!!
We're moving out of their property because we can't afford the rent due to job loss. They expect us to keep paying rent until someone else takes over...like are you an idiot? I SAID I CAN'T AFFORD IT. They really make them this stupid. Take me to court. I can't pull $1200 out of my ass.
If you rent with them, make sure to get a good lawyer.
I have been living in the apartment of Macomb rentals for 6 months. They are very responsive and responsive. The manager did his best to accommodate my needs. The lady working there replied my message timely. Considering the price and utilities included, it is a good deal.
