Received horrible customer service and representation. At first we had a lawyer named Chris who was adamant to help with everything. We stopped getting responses and after a few weeks of no responses we finally were told he is no longer at this law firm and Jim would take over the case. After a couple of months Jim sent a letter saying he is no longer representing the case and good luck. So we requested a copy of the file under law and we're told to pay 850 dollars.
