I would not have come as far as I have in my mental health if were not for the diligence of the staff. I am sincerely grateful to Cheryl, Dawn and Dr. Demczuk. Thank you so much.

Cheryl needs to be fired first and foremost. Since when do you hire a woman to work at the front desk of a psychiatrists office with no personal skills or compassion. She is flat out rude. I loved and I say loved in past tense because I now have no no no respect for Dr. Demczek or her office besides Jennifer who is amazing. I had been seeing Dr. for months and she decided to up one of my medications on her own. I never really post on these sites but I do think this is an important one. I started seeing Dr Demczuk in January 2018. She was a amazing doctor!! Due to insurance problems, I wasn’t able to see her for a while. I worked hard to fix the problem and get back on the insurance that her office took. Only to have the receptionist Cheryl lie and bully me! She talks to you with such disrespect. I have never been treated the way this employee has treated me. I like Dr Demczuk but her front office receptionist is horrible. When she calls to set up app or when you call to ask questions she is unbelievably rude ! She has made my family and I feel very unwelcome there and I have never had anyone talk to me with such disrespect as she has! I am suprised anyone goes to the Romeo office anymore and also that she has not yet been fired for talking to people with such poor customer service skills!
