Update: Nothing has changed. The front desk staff still struggles with communication and efficiency. They can never get my insurance information when and where they need it. Im constantly being asked for the same information even after providing it at my last visit. Recently, I apparently had a balance that needed to be paid before I could be seen however, no one informed me of this when verbally confirming my appointment the previous day! Staff is rude and unknowledgeable I don’t know if she was racist or what but she had a attitude with me just even calling and told me that it was a family optometrist.
So far my experience has been great one cataract removed and will be doing other eye. Staff and dr has been great
I called this office on Monday 8/21/23 Exactly at 9 am as soon as they opened to see if I could see an Eye Dr. to access my concern with my eye problem. It's a clogged tear gland. Only to hear the receptionist tell me that I would need to get an eye exam before seeing a Dr!! Okay that is not a problem with me financially or time wise only to find out this is what the woman on the phone said to me....
