Called because I had a severe corneal abrasion and the staff was great! They got me in right away and the Doctor was wonderful! He was incredibly kind and very thorough! I really appreciated the attention to detail and the care provided! Would absolutely recommend!
Update: Nothing has changed. The front desk staff still struggles with communication and efficiency. They can never get my insurance information when and where they need it. Im constantly being asked for the same information even after providing it at my last visit. Recently, I apparently had a balance that needed to be paid before I could be seen however, no one informed me of this when verbally confirming my appointment the previous day! Best Eye Doctor in macomb county
Staff is rude and unknowledgeable I don’t know if she was racist or what but she had a attitude with me just even calling and told me that it was a family optometrist.
So far my experience has been great one cataract removed and will be doing other eye. Staff and dr has been great
