I've used this place for a long time. The last year or so the service has went downhill. Susan informed me they would be open and able to print until 3 p.m. I arrived at 2:10 they were open with the lights off, the man who came from the back was very rude and impatient and refused to help me. This was after I waited over a week for a message he never delivered to Susan, then she answered when I called.
