Terrible customer service. Website says open til 7 but jerk on the phone said he will only come out before 3.

I drove up during posted hours. CLOSED. Sign on the door said they are open by appointment only due to staffing. Why not update your website?
Never showed up in the time window given, and never even called to notify me. Had to call to find out what happened, and was given a new time of 2pm. No one showed up until close to 3. He hangs up on you if you call, and charges a fortune. He wanted to charge me nearly $400 for a $30 fix. DO NOT use this company. This has to be one of the most frustrating experiences ever.
