I don’t know what happened, we had good service a couple of years ago, but we brought my Jeep in for service the Wednesday before Thanksgiving (1 month ago) and hadn’t heard a thing from Bill. No estimate, no time frame, nothing. I called and called and called with no response but once telling us he was sick for a week and he’ll get right on it. This is by far the worst off roading shop, beware of this mechanic shop, will keep your car forever and not fix the problems
