I love this place. If you struggle to stay consistent with the gym or just feel uncomfortable at the gym, come here instead. Multiple women have lost upwards of 60lbs attending class a couple nights a week! I myself have been going for about 2 weeks now and I’m already seeing a difference. My favorite is music video fitness, my only complaint is I wish music video fitness was more than 1 night a week, and that they would play some Doja cat! I've been coming to classes regularly since January, and I'm so grateful for all the classes the Maco offers. Allison is so kind and energetic and makes fitness fun, yet challenging! Rachel's "Elevate" class should be re-named "Bootcamp" because her workouts are great, but intense!
Beautiful studio and excellent instructors
Great concept of boutique yoga, pilates and dance studio! A nice selection of classes and times to choose from all held in a historical theater. Pretty cool--check it out!
