Terrible service and workmanship. We should have known to expect very little by the way they managed the work site…our home. No other home in our neighborhood was left like this during their roof replacements. Fast forward less than three years later (still in warranty) we have a roof leak. We had another roof repair company come out to explain exactly what needed to be done. Apparently Maco did not execute well, as we began seeing the same leak 5 months later. We are now two months back and forth, waiting for them to return... read more
Terrible company. Doesn’t answer phones or call back. My skylights are defective. Been trying to get this situation resolved for a year and a half. Was communicating with Chyna, but she disappeared. Do not go with this company. Terrible customer service. Once they get your money, you’re trash.
We have a large commercial building that required roof repair. Maco Roofing has been so great to work with. They have excellent communication, fair pricing and the roofers are extremely friendly, professional and knowledgable. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them!
