Called over 60 times during there phone answers, every time I am directed to the automated answer machine which takes no messages and I haven’t been able to book an appointment over 3 days of calling. Even once you get an appointment you’d be lucky to have one within 2 weeks at which point most problems resolve themselves or if they are serious would require far sooner attention. A bit ridiculous that there is no one answering the phone the whole 6 hours the phones are opened, it really shouldn’t be this hard.
Been coming to this doctors office sense i was a baby 20 some years ago. They used to be very attentive and caring. Shelly and dr McNeil want to retire it’s quite clear in the way they no longer care for there patients. I am always greeted with an awful attitude and take shelly about 0.1 seconds before she’s raising her voice and being rude. Dr McNeil used to be on the ball and on top of everything.
