Saw Dr. Tolentino once before getting pregnant and once after getting pregnant. Her availability is not great. Also, good luck getting anyone to answer the phone. I had to see another doctor in the network for my first prenatal appointment because her schedule was not posted for an entire month, whatever that means. There is absolutely no follow up in this office. She ordered an NIPT blood test to determine if there were any chromosome abnormalities and the gender of the baby. No one called me. Very bad doctors they don’t do a lot for you . They seem like out of schooling. They always say let me check with my supervisors . You go for one thing they want to check you for other things not related to pain . They so bad they make test without letting know .you go there and they ended up testing you for different things that you didn’t tell them too . Had a bad time experience . Found dr tolentino when I got pregnant in July and I love her and the office! I Iove it. I’m in and out. I always ask a million questions and she never rushes me out. Love that about her. Definitely a great ob. They have the portal that shows all the tests and everything they do just in case you need to see it and you can message them if you don’t understand or need to reschedule. Went to the hospital as well and they were just as awesome!
