On 7/28/25 I experienced the worst service I’ve ever had seen from a doctors office. The front desk clerk was very rude, my appt time was at 3:00pm. He gave me nothing but attitude didn’t even check my chart to see that my form of payment was through my job. He automatically turned me around and told me all the necessary information wasn’t there when I had a previous appointment 2 days prior and had no issues. All necessary paperwork was there. The receptionist for Dr Arellano are so rude and unprofessional, they look like they hate their job. As I was observing One of them was rolling her eyes and giving attitude to someone on the phone while the other was giving attitude to the patients in the office, def need to fire them.
