HORRIBLE, Just Horrible Went to urgent care, receptionist just said: we dont see people for headaches even if it's been 4 days. Then she says we dont check vitals like blood pressure. She finally agreed to let my grandson register to be seen for vomiting. & told us its atleast 2 hour wait. As we waited, we watched 2-3 more people come in & ask for service, and she sent them to LaGrange Rd location. When we asked she replied oh yea, you can go there, it's no waiting there. Horrible Customer Service! I would have been a new patient with private insurance. However, I wanted to ask a question prior to visiting this immediate care. I was on hold for over 20 minutes with no in between communication from anyone. How does an immediate care center expect to have established patients returning or new patients come in if their service is so poor? I have screen shots of my call and the wait time of it. RUN AWAY and this is coming from an ER nurse.
Came here on the weekend because my son wasn't feeling good. We were helped right away and everyone was nice. But they misdiagnosed him. I was told he had an ear infection and was given antibiotics, the next day I took him to his pediatrician and was told he didn't have an infection at all and not to give him the medication. I definitely trust more our doctor than the staff at this clinic.
La clinica me ayudo mucho, enves de ir a la emergencia y tener un copago alto pude venir a esta clinica y era el mismo copago de mi clinica normal. las asistentes me ayudaron interpretar y eso me ayudo mucho. gracias
