I purchased an item from this company, this item was defective i contacted someone by the name of Tony marxx, he told me that he will sent me a refund because they do not carry this item anymore. Two months with multiple phone calls and multiple emails and still don't have the refund. That's a bad business!
Absolutely fantastic! By far the best company I have dealt with in long while. Great product, excellent customer service. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. My go to company from now on. Don’t waste your money on Chinese crap! This is the real stuff!
Best hose reels! I have 5 hose reels for my shop, there're 15 + years old an still working like there're brand new. I would strongly recommend these hose reels, there built to last!!
I bought a Macnaught reel about 15 years ago. Never had a defect. Its outside 1/2 sun. Now that one lost it spring and I was going for an other round with the company, knowing that it was good quality. This one had some kinks, where it was not locking when the klick sound was heard. I thought it might to brake in, but after 2 weeks, it wasn't and I called in if there is an adjustment function hidden somewhere. They said there is none, it should work perfect from day one and they sent me a new one, which is working perfectly ... read more
