Tremendous effort by Edwin my salesperson and Mike the Cadillac sales manager to secure a Cadillac CT4 Black Wing through a dealer trade. This kind of customer service is very rare today. Edwin called and texted me during the entire sales process and sent photos when the car was detailed and prepped for shipping. Went in looking for a midsize Chevy suv, met Julio and we tested out several different vehicles. Julio and husband started talking about the Cadillac’s in the showroom. Since I moved to the beautiful state of NH again in 2020, I have been taking my SRX to MacMulkin Cadillac for service. I even brought my son from Maine there to buy a brand new car, which he did. 1st of all, the car was delivered without the heated seats and they said that when they get them in, they will call.
