I initially brought my 2018 Escalade to Macmulkin to have the two from struts replaced. During the repair, they found a leaking gasket which I had replaced. Two weeks after they replaced the struts, my vehicle started to make a humming noise. I brought it back to Macmulkin and I was told that the bearings had to be replaced. Honestly, why would you repack and reinstall the old bearings when you were installing brand new struts. Total money grab if you ask me.
