They don't understand car service
Tremendous effort by Edwin my salesperson and Mike the Cadillac sales manager to secure a Cadillac CT4 Black Wing through a dealer trade. This kind of customer service is very rare today. Edwin called and texted me during the entire sales process and sent photos when the car was detailed and prepped for shipping. He even took a video of the car being loaded on to the carrier to document the condition. It was shipped from NH to FL in perfect shape. Went in looking for a midsize Chevy suv, met Julio and we tested out several different vehicles. Julio and husband started talking about the Cadillac’s in the showroom. I stated I liked the XT5 but wished it was more sporty. Julio’s eyes lit up stated he had one white with black rims. Everything I was looking for, he brought it up and loved it.
