Disorganised and terrible service, unfortunately I can't give no stars. We emailed Barbara directly via the Real Estate NOT a third party to book a property, we received a confirmation email of receipt. When we finally got Barbara on the phone she said she hadn't seen our booking, she finally found it but had taken another enquiry for same dates. We have been renting three different houses for January holidays from Barbara Wills over some 20 years. They have been ideal for our family. Always clean , tidy and well presented. I have found Barbara provides a comfortable personable service. We will continue to monitor and liaise with her for our holiday needs.

Terrible service. Agent forgot to leave keys out for us so had to wait on porch while she drove over from her house. Then it took 3 months and 30 emails to get my deposit back. They were generally pretty rude the entire time. Next time I'll use a different service.
