Oil change advertised at $95, including oil (6 liters) and filter. Make appointment. Quoted in person by service advisor $107 while she's sitting in front of a sign that says $99. Call her out on the BS pricing and she says "last time we charged you $115" and calls the manager. He says "its from $95". I ask what makes my oil change more expensive (2023 Chev Traverse) and there is only silence and blank stares. MacMaster, stop taking customers for granted. You will lose. You've lost me already.
