While I appreciate that Macmannis agreed to provide a partial refund, my family and I were very disappointed that the flowers we received were not what we had requested. This arrangement was for my father's funeral, one of the most difficult and emotional times our family has experienced. We trusted that our wishes would be honored, and it was heartbreaking to see that the final product did not reflect what we had ordered.
