I updated my phone to Version 26 on 10/2/25. My phone and IPad were not talking to each other. Called and was told they couldn’t help me. So I called Macman in the cities as I felt desperate on how I was going to deal with the problems. Thank goodness my daughter who ISN’T in I.T. but has been an apple user for years pretty much knew right away what the problem was. She was right and had it fixed within 5-10 mins. Issues with a laptop and wifi connectivity - Talked with AppleCare over the wkd, moving it into recovery and safe modes and they said it was a hardware issue resulting in poor wifi and not able to connect to hotspot or wifi. If it was a software issue, they would have completed a reset of the software. Dropped a computer off earlier this week with wifi connection issues and worked with Tyler. I had a damaged battery on my iPhone after dropping it biking. Macman had to order the battery, and replaced it a couple days after diagnosing it, finishing the job before their estimated wait time. I found their service to be friendly and prompt. Highly recommend.
