I had a damaged battery on my iPhone after dropping it biking. Macman had to order the battery, and replaced it a couple days after diagnosing it, finishing the job before their estimated wait time. I found their service to be friendly and prompt. Highly recommend.
My phone doesn't even work now
The customer service was unfortunately subpar.
It was a google search looking for an iphone store that brought me to MacMan and so glad it did. The service was great and they had things ordered and completed quicker than expected. They even placed a screen protector for me! Shout out to Annica for explaining everything for me and making this go soo smoothly. Thank you!
