星一つも付けたくありません。本当に酷いカスタマーサービスの受付。行ったら既に怒っていて「あなたは新規の患者で既存の患者として予約を入れるべきで無かったので今日はみれない」と言われた態度が横柄でドン引き。18年前に来たんじゃあんたは新規よ！って私のレコードがあったにも関わらず、新規扱い。(18年の間に国に帰ったり他都市で住んでたりもした)ケアンズベイス病院でお世話になった通訳さんに勧められて行ったけど、ぶっちゃけ通訳さんがいないなら行かない。病気が悪化するか別の病気になるレベル。誰にもお勧めはしない。
I've been a patient at this clinic since 2004 and over all they are pretty good but in 2018 I broke my hip. The break was small and on the joint rather than a complete break so could hobble around but was in extreme pain. Went to see my Dr and couldn't get up when it was my turn. I said to the dr I can't get up They were talking to someone and glanced around but didn't help me. Got up and hobbled after the dr .I could barely walk at all.
