The dental assistant is 1 of the most unprofessional "assistants" I have ever had the misfortune to encounter but I'm so glad calls are recorded, hung up on twice after asking for a complaint form, then asked in a tone mirroring a pure Glasgow ned..."wit is it you want Vivienne ?" Well 2 complaint forms now thanks.
