They take on too many patients and have 0 flexibility for appointments. Most of my experience with reception has been rude ! My Daughter was referred here by our dentist and put on their wait list, (we waited over 2 years)meanwhile, I went to the city to get Invisalign, had them within 2 weeks and completed my treatment before my daughter was even able to get in to start hers! For the past 8 years I’ve had the pleasure to be Dr. Macleod’s patient. He is very easy to talk to, doesn’t rush, explains & answers any of my questions & concerns. He continues to support me & my dental heath. I highly recommend him & his staff. It has been nothing but a positive experience, thanks to them!
Had to pay $150 out of pocket to this place for them to tell me my daughter was too young for braces. They knew her age before I went there.
Thirty-three years after having my braces removed I needed some minor adjustments to my teeth. Dr MacLeod recommended Invisalign and I am more than happy with the out come. My son also had a positive experience being treated by Dr MacLeod with traditional braces. Everyone at the office is not only professional but very personable. I highly recommend Dr MacLeod for any orthodontic needs you may have.
