I can't say enough about Robert the technician and Patrick the owner of MacLeod air. They didn't just come to do a routine maintenance on my heat pump they actually went a step further and found a problem. They were so quick to correct it and my heat pump is now working again and I'm so grateful especially with the summer coming. They were very personable. TLDR: Try Sychem or 4SEASONS instead. Not only are they responsive, it turns out they also have better pricing. Updated Review: I originally had a great experience with Patrick and MacLeod Air many years ago - they were always top of mind whenever I had HVAC issues or if others needed a recommendation (see original review below). Heat pump stopped cooling, and my neighbor recommended MacLeod Air. Speaking with Patrick MacLeod, I had a technician the next day. I will add that 2 other companies had been contacted. One company was unfamiliar with my brand of heat pump (and did NOT charge me for the call). The second company insisted I needed a new heat pump at an estimate of $5,580.
