We had a really great experience with Patrick and Harry from MacLeod Air Inc. They arrived right on time as scheduled and were both very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They took the time to patiently explain the work they were doing and answered all of our questions in a way that was easy to understand. We also really appreciated that they covered their work shoes before coming into the our condo— a small detail, but it showed how respectful and considerate they were. They worked efficiently, did an excellent job... read more
Wonderful experience with MacLeod Air! This company was referred to us by another happy customer and we can see why. Our specialist arrived within the agreed upon timeframe, fixed the issue promptly and left their work space perfectly clean - actually cleaned up a bit of our space if I'm being honest! Definitely will call again if we have any issues.
Outstanding service. MacLeod Air saved me thousands of $$$ from another HVAC company that told me I needed a new heat pump. Technician from MacLeod had the problem fixed in under 10 minutes
Well I thought I was screwed and in need of buying a whole new HVAC for my condo when I reached out to Patrick. It seemed dead, and I expected to be told that it needed to be replaced at an exorbitant cost. But Patrick and Tyler saved the day! After a fast and savvy diagnosis, they had my unit back up and running perfectly. I don’t write these often, but Patrick and Tyler were so kind, calm, competent and most importantly TRUSTWORTHY! I had to share a positive review. I’ll be recommending him to anyone I know with HVAC needs... read more
Decided to get a second opinion after being quoted $5,000 to replace my entire heat pump by a different HVAC company. Patrick and Harry came in, replaced a part, and fixed my heat pump in 30 minutes. They were professional and easy going, definitely recommend.
