I came home to my floors floating from an HVAC leak. I tried calling the Elite as they are the company my building uses, after 3 attempts to contact them I was told they couldn’t come for a few days. MacLeod had technician’s out that afternoon and they were amazing and patient sourcing out the source. Turns out Elite had installed the splash gaurds improperly on last repair and water wasn't being directed into the drip pan as it should. I will definitely be using MacLeod moving forward.
Booked an AC repair, and the technician showed up almost three hours late without even calling. Totally unprofessional.

I can't say enough about Robert the technician and Patrick the owner of MacLeod air. They didn't just come to do a routine maintenance on my heat pump they actually went a step further and found a problem. They were so quick to correct it and my heat pump is now working again and I'm so grateful especially with the summer coming. They were very personable.
