I'm sure they're good at what they do. But one of their drivers was a foot off my bumper on the Gardiner eastbound this past Tuesday near Oakville and was driving like an ass. Hope they see this and know who it is. Not a great representative of your company. Maybe it was a contractor you hired. I don't have the plate number but it was a white van with your name on it. I think it was one of those magnetic signs. So maybe a temporary hire. I don't know. But to be clear, I have better things to do than make stuff like this up. ... read more

I came home to my floors floating from an HVAC leak. I tried calling the Elite as they are the company my building uses, after 3 attempts to contact them I was told they couldn’t come for a few days. MacLeod had technician’s out that afternoon and they were amazing and patient sourcing out the source. Turns out Elite had installed the splash gaurds improperly on last repair and water wasn't being directed into the drip pan as it should. I will definitely be using MacLeod moving forward.

Booked an AC repair, and the technician showed up almost three hours late without even calling. Totally unprofessional.
