Well I thought I was screwed and in need of buying a whole new HVAC for my condo when I reached out to Patrick. It seemed dead, and I expected to be told that it needed to be replaced at an exorbitant cost. But Patrick and Tyler saved the day! Decided to get a second opinion after being quoted $5,000 to replace my entire heat pump by a different HVAC company. Patrick and Harry came in, replaced a part, and fixed my heat pump in 30 minutes. They were professional and easy going, definitely recommend.
I had sent Patrick $791 by mistake via Interac last month. The money was intended to go to another business but due to my mistake it ended up going to Patrick. It took me a month to realize my mistake. I called Patrick about it. Granted it took a few phone calls to get through to him (he sounds like a hardworking busy guy), but once I did he acknowledged receipt of the money and promised that he would return it. I'm sure they're good at what they do. But one of their drivers was a foot off my bumper on the Gardiner eastbound this past Tuesday near Oakville and was driving like an ass. Hope they see this and know who it is. Not a great representative of your company. Maybe it was a contractor you hired. I don't have the plate number but it was a white van with your name on it. I think it was one of those magnetic signs. So maybe a temporary hire. I don't know. But to be clear, I have better things to do than make stuff like this up. ... read more
