We took our son to this business and ide have to say it was way better then the reviews. Very clean bathrooms and waiting rooms. The Secretary was friendly and helped us with all our questions. The dentist and his dental assistant was professional and made our son comfortable and helped him to relax. Yes they had to cancel twice, but it turned out great.
cancelled on my daughter's consultation 3 times due to being "sick". the receptionist is also very rude on the phone, wouldn't recommend
Darcy was amazing when it came to the removal of my wisdom teeth, he was very kind and did a great job. The ladies out back were great to and very friendly, however the front desk lady can be pretty rude. I first I thought she was just having a bad day but after multiple interactions over the phone and in person ive come to realize that's just the way she is. My wisdom tooth extraction got rescheduled 3 times ( thats a wait of 6 months in rescheduling alone). I am okay with waiting but in my case I had a huge cavity too, which was painful. I finally got it done at Dr. Mitton's. They might be all good but from my experience they don't really respect people's time. I have read many experiences like this in the reviews but didn't think it's going to happen to me but here we are, so might want to consider the reviews.
