Not all heroes wear capes... I can not thank Macleay Valley Vets enough for the incredible care they gave to my little Tenterfield terrier, Sally. During the cyclone, she developed a terrible cough that became more severe through the night. Mitch was the vet on call, and despite being impacted by the flooding himself, he dropped everything to see her within 15 minutes at 10 pm. My husband and I would like to recognise the genuine kind and compassionate service offered at this Vet surgery. We had to have our beautiful 'fur baby' Abbey euthanised recently and Jess and her assistant could not have been more caring. You treated our little girl Abbey with such respect and love. We appreciate you both so much.
Very caring and attentive. Saw my little boy immediately and showed empathy on the phone. He spent the night in their care, and he was sent home with plenty of meds and very detailed handover instructions on post care. I highly recommend this clinic.
