Macleay Valley Vets in Kempsey are absolutely fantastic. I will not use anyone else to treat my animals, they are so bloody caring, these guys have so much compassion & are very passionate in taking care of your fur babies ....love these guys!
Do NOT go there if you have a pet bird, especially a cockatiel. They have little to no knowledge, and it was an emergency with my little baby at the time so I had to go there and not Coffs Habrour to a bird specialist. They had my little cockatiel wrapped in a towel in a room away from me for over 15 minutes and she came out panting, overheated and stressed out of her mind. They had no idea how to handle her. I have been using this Vet for years I was pissed off recently when i found i was being reminded yearly for C3 Parvo Shots when they are only needed every 3 years, I checked prices of the various shots elsewhere and found the prices were around 30% more expensive..
