The team were friendly and helpful, and I appreciated that they were able to fit me in last minute for a pink slip inspection. They identified one issue that genuinely needed replacement, which was fair. However, they also flagged a second item that would have required a costly fix. After seeking a second inspection elsewhere, I was told there was no issue with that component at all. That left me feeling frustrated and concerned about the accuracy of the assessment. I don't recommend at all, booked in as a client, who required a quote for repairs, a day later still no quote and couldn't tell me when one would be provided. Not treated as a valued customer found the guy too be rude, and most unfriendly. Went elsewhere and was treated as a client should be, sorted within hours.
