First of, Brilliant customer service, Like top tier. I rang randomly on Christmas eve day, needed a pre inspection done, Im interstate. With a skeleton crew on after lunchtime they organised and completed the inspection, it was thoroughly done, with videos and photos along with the written report. Work was as it should be, correctly and thoroughly done to trade standards, which sadly, is hard to come by these days. My car was trucked in as it overheated. I was told it was the EGR ( moat expensive part quoted me $1,000.00 for just that part. Because im not a mechanic i believed he knew best ( how to quote me on a part he can make extra $$ on in my opinion) Part would arrive next day.... So stuck for the night also. Apprentice put it in next day. I got 400km up the road it started overheating again!, I nearly ended up w a ruined motor. Absolute legends! I was on a road trip and they got me in at super short notice for a tyre puncture repair after I found a nail in a tyre. Anyway, after they got the tyre off they noticed the nail had gone in horizontally through the tread and hadn’t actually punctured the tyre. The got the nail out, put the tyre back on and didn’t even charge me. Thanks guys!
