David Townson was rude and arrogant. He made me feel like an idiot for asking simple questions about things I was concerned about. I asked him about a lump on my eyebrow that I could feel. He said he couldn’t feel it and basically rushed me out of the room. The lump has since gotten bigger, and I now need to get scans, which is concerning. The receptionist was also very rude. Jeremy Smith, on the other hand, was great to deal with. Highly recommend him.
Dr Crumlin has been my doctor for over 35 years and I can't praise her or thank her enough. She is extremely competent, thorough, knowledgeable and experienced and I trust her completely. Dr Crumlin is a no-nonsense doctor who 'tells you how it is', which I greatly appreciate. She is also very kind and caring and I have always felt that she has my best interest at heart.
