I recently purchased a pair of Moscot glasses from Macleay Optics. This was my first multifocal prescription, and the team’s technical knowledge made all the difference — they guided me through the lens options to find the perfect match for my needs. Their service was professional, attentive, and reassuring throughout. Best pair of glasses I've had in years.
Awesome range, awesome staff, awesome after sales service.
I've met three members of the team - Debora, Marianne and Amir my optometrist. I've found all three of them to be professional, cheerful and thorough. There's an easy lightness in the place. Although I now live over 40km away, I still make the trip to Macleay Optics because, for me, they are the best:).
The worst experience and totally don’t recommend. Could write an essay on what transpired but totally not worth it. Just don’t go there.
This wonderful store is a tenant for customer service and care. I have had two pairs of glasses from here, both outstanding frames, chosen with support and a helpful guide by the team. Amir, my optometrist is superb. Professional and up to date, an academic and a practitioner, he looks after my eyes with great care and precision. The ladies on the sales team are dutiful, profoundly welcoming, professional with a touch of class. Always helpful with a bespoke approach, I can not recommend Macleay Optics highly enough.
