A few not so flash reviews but my experience was very good. I went for a check up and clean and the reception/staff were excellent and dentist had a great sense of humour and was very professional. No problems with the procedure. Returning for a few fillings.
Went there with high expectations. Although I was left there with sore teeth that were not sore before. I got an extraction that was awesome,but got 3 fillings that are now sore and were not before the examination. The staff as in nurse and receptionist were very nice although day after my experience unseen there jobs advertised on local FB page. I am going further with this as I am now in pain where I wasn't sore before...
As a new patient my experience with Dr. Kevin Vu was also underwhelming. I expected at least one upper filling (two were needed) and I expected the $351 charge. What I did not expect was the total of 27 minutes it took from sitting in dentist's chair to walking out the door with my receipt. When I asked, before leaving the surgery, if any other work was needed, Dr Vu told me he didn't know as he hadn't examined my lower teeth, but that I could book an examination, clean and fluoride with reception. Sadly as a new patient this dental experience for an annual examination/clean was most underwhelming. Attention from the Receptionist and support nurse was excellent. The dental procedure was less thorough than ever encountered elsewhere over many years of regular yearly dental visits. No x-rays were taken no personal oral record taken and a most basic/rushed clean performed Consultation lasted 15 mins @ $160 ( Mmm $640/hr !!) Furthermore zero personality shown killed any chance of forming a new patient/dentist relationship.... read more
