I had forgotten to pack my dogs night medicine, while on holidays, From the moment, I spoke to them, and told them my situation, the reception staff were so happy and helpful. They had the medicine, in stock. I rang my other vet where I live and they emailed my dogs report. Maclean vet rang me to say they received the report and to come in to pick up the medicine. I wouldn’t recommend this clinic for owners of more sensitive or reactive dogs. My dog is muzzle-trained and regularly handled by experienced groomers, but during our recent visit I didn’t feel the vet was confident or equipped to manage his behaviour appropriately. I had explained what usually works for him, but this wasn’t followed, and he became increasingly stressed.
