Wish I could give more stars! Had an awesome experience at Tyrepower Maclean! The service was absolutely top-notch. Mark was incredibly knowledgeable, super friendly, and made everything so easy from start to finish. It’s rare to come across that level of genuine customer care these days. Couldn’t be happier with the experience and if I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Highly recommend!
Always go above and beyond. As a business owner I know how harsh clients can be, some expectation are reasonable others not. There are occasions when unfortunately things don't go to plan. Mark and his staff have a strong client focus and respectful always try to resolve my tyre and mechanical issues. I have been dealing with them for over 15 years and have always found them helpful. Mark and the team do a great job, I'd been waiting on another shop for over a month for tyres only to find out they were never ordered. Mark had the tyres ordered in the next day and even picked my truck up from work and dropped it back afterwards which as a business owner myself was going above and beyond! If you need tyres, alignments or mechanical in the Maclean area, Mark and the team are your no.1
