Service was average & I was charged $24 something for a Pint & a Schooner ? Love the open space & the food & service at Bisto was excellent & not expensive
Nice old pub with a great outdoor deck overlooking the river. Meals looked good but we had already had lunch so didn't dine in.
We called in for dinner on a Friday night. Staff were friendly. It is service with a buzzer style. Place your order at the counter and when the buzzer goes off, pick up your meal from the neighbouring counter. Wife had the seafood basket while I had the steak sandwich. Meals were good. You can sit inside or out on the deck. There are also specials for each night of the week.
If I have a over night stay in the area, I stay here every time, Its even quiet on the weekends. Has great food, staff, & parking. The pub is tidy with that old Australian style, that I enjoy.
