Absolutely spot on! From phone conversations to all work done you could not ask for better!
Fast and efficient service! My AC went out on me after hours on a Sunday.. I called Mackydos at 7:59 on Monday morning and was greeted with a friendly voice! I told her what was going on and she got me on the schedule, by 11:00 am I was all fixed up! AC back cooling and the price was affordable! Highly recommend!
The absolute best customer service! From the moment I first called with an issue until it was resolved they had great communication and truly care about what they do. I live in Bossier City, LA and needed AC repair at my daughter's house in Pineville, LA and they took care of us like we were right next door. Replaced her outside unit and I could not be happier. I highly recommend!
