Install team was great, office customer service and lack of situational awareness of orders that have been made and paid for disappointing.
I ordered some blinds from Carpet Court Macksville and the measuring guy turned up promptly. The quote came within a couple of days and although a bit dearer than others I decided to order from Carpet Court because of their polite and professional manner. Everything ran smoothly and blinds were excellent quality. Installer was quick and efficient and very pleasant to deal with. Five stars for a perfect all-round experience.
Scott was excellent in service and detail regarding my flood damaged carpet replacement. The installers did a great job, considering the concrete floor was a terrible base to work with. Very happy with the result.
From the very start my dealings with Macksville Carpet Court have been nothing but excellent, Michelle was so helpful with her suggestions and advice. I took home several different samples of the Vinyl flooring over a period of time and changed my selection many times eventually deciding on the one I eventually had laid.
