My husband went into the store to buy pool parts unprofessional, arrogant jerk he dealt with. Tim. Will never do business here .
Purchased a pool in March and it was installed late June. Installer was so bad. They left many fasteners loose and I had to go through everything they did and fix it. It’s an inch plus out of level. Called Macksoods a few times about a defective heater and NEVER received a call back. I took it apart and found a connector not plugged into the control board. Good quality but they are a joke once they get your money. No one knows anything when you contact them.
