I was told my water pump was leaking when I got my old change done I brought into Mack's and dropped it off. Zac called me a little later and said he pressure checked it and it was only the clamp replaced it and said there is no charge.

I bought a 2003 6.0 powerstroke last year and have had nothing but problems with it and this year it failed safety for all four ball joints. My neighbor told me to call and have him look at it. I brought it into them in the afternoon and told them about the ball joints and my fuel leak he said I should be able to have you back on the roadthe next morning. work was fine, service not. also imo gined up the hours my experience with Mechanic Zach was very similar to waiting around for cable guy. easy job suppose to be same day, didn't get to it, called at 630 pm to say it wouldn't be done that day. next day same thing. very hard to coordinate with as do not answer phone or communicate in a timely manner so you end up waiting for the phone to ring.. 3rd day same issue on pick up. bait and switch on how soon it would get done. replaced spark plugs, cap and coil.
