Emailed to organise a quote on a kitchen and laundry. Was sent a form to fill out with what I wanted eg benchtops, cupboards, fittings etc for them to do a quote on line. I really needed someone to come out and discuss what I needed. All good was told that someone would ring me to do an onsite view and quote. Still waiting for the phone call 4 weeks later!
