Got detailing done on my Jeep. Brought it in at 9am, got back 5pm. Fair job. Ivan & Isaac in Newark much better.
If I could give this place a zero, I would be happier. They don't even deserve 1 star. I was there after a car/ deer accident in February. I was told every week, it would be done on Friday " but they never called. So the next week I would call and be told "it will be done on Friday". This went on for about 5 weeks. Finally, my husband goes there only to discover that they are unable to get a part. That's fair, supply chain issues are all over the place. But they never told us! They were so great! I had no idea what kind of repair was needed to fix my chipped paint, they explained what had to be done, customer service was nice and my car look great. I've never had to fix paint before and this was a great experience
