I actually wouldn't know... my daughter made an appointment for PROM. She got there and they were closed... on the day of PROM. Tried calling to no avail. I will never know what services they provide. Obviously customer service is not one of them
She was very professional and did my hair exactly how I wanted...definitely will come back
