I booked an appointment, paid a $50 deposit, and drove an hour to the location, only to be told less than 2 hours before my appointment that it was being canceled due to a prior “ban” I was never made aware of. I was still able to book through the system, which made it even more confusing. Because the cancellation was last minute and on their end, I requested my $50 deposit back. After that, my number was blocked and I have not received a response or refund. Just sharing my experience so others are aware.
