Hired them to hook up my rural water. They hooked it up but they put in a new water heater that I did not ask for. I had to argue with them to get my old one hooked back up. At the end of the day they did hook my old one back up and took it off my bill but I still paid for the labor to install the new water heater that I did not want. The technicians who do the work rate a 4+ but getting past the receptionist is not worth the trouble. She rates a negative -10 stars. And you can forget calling them back if there is a problem - she absolutely won't pass them your message. My elderly parents were long-time customers, and her hostility continued even after spending thousands of $$ with them for a new heating system when my mother didn't know who else to call. :/ We had to text photos of the leaks to a tech to let them know they needed to come back.
